1. The service

Golf Swing Master is a web tool that uses AI to review an uploaded golf swing video and provide automated feedback about visible posture, tempo, swing phases, and possible practice ideas. It can be used without creating an account.

2. Nature and limits of AI analysis

• Results are informational AI estimates from visible frames, not measurements of actual joint angles, club data, or ball-flight data.
• Camera angle, lighting, frame rate, occlusion, image quality, selected club information, and model behavior can materially affect a result.
• Analyzing the same video again may produce different scores, descriptions, or recommendations.
• We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, a particular outcome, or improvement in your swing.

3. Not coaching or medical advice

AI feedback does not replace an in-person assessment by a qualified golf coach. It must not be used to diagnose pain, injury, physical limitations, or rehabilitation needs. Stop practicing and consult an appropriate medical professional or qualified coach if you have pain or injury concerns.

4. Rights and consent for uploads

By uploading a video, you confirm that:

• You have the right to upload the video and submit it for automated analysis.
• If another person is identifiable in the video, you have obtained any consent needed for the upload and external AI processing.
• The upload does not infringe copyright, image or publicity rights, privacy rights, venue recording rules, or other third-party rights.
• You are responsible for removing or obscuring identifiable and sensitive information before uploading.

5. Prohibited use

You may not:

• Upload unlawful material or material that infringes another person's rights
• Upload private or sensitive footage of another person without appropriate consent
• Send malware, excessive automated requests, interfere with the service, or attempt to bypass security controls
• Use the service or its AI output for fraud, deception, harassment, or another unlawful or harmful purpose

We may restrict or block requests associated with prohibited use when reasonably necessary to protect the service.

6. Shared links

Choose recipients carefully when you create or forward a shared-result link. A link has no separate access password, and anyone who has it can view the result text during its retention period. You are responsible for links you share and the audience to which you distribute them.

7. Safe practice is your responsibility

You are responsible for practicing in a safe space, checking for people and objects nearby, and deciding whether a suggested movement or drill is appropriate for your body, surroundings, and skill level. Seek qualified instruction when uncertain.

8. Changes, availability, and no warranty

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We may change features, usage limits, AI providers, or service configuration, and may suspend or discontinue some or all of the service because of maintenance, outages, provider issues, or other operational reasons.

To the extent permitted by law, we do not warrant uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, compatibility with a particular device, accuracy or fitness of a result, or achievement of a particular purpose.

9. Limits of responsibility

You interpret and use AI output at your own judgment. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the operator is not responsible for indirect or unforeseeable loss arising from reliance on a result, practice or play decisions, injury, data loss, public disclosure of a link, or service interruption. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. Privacy and changes to these terms

See the Privacy Policy for how videos and results are handled. We may revise these terms as features or operating conditions change. Material updates will be indicated by changing the effective date on this page.
