Privacy Policy

1. Operator and scope

ArcherLab operates Golf Swing Master at golf.archerlab.dev. Send privacy questions and deletion requests to archerlab@archerlab.dev.

2. Data and purposes

We process your original video and audio, file name, type and size, and selected club type to generate an AI analysis result. Results and creation times support share links. Connection, device, browser and error information support usage measurement, security and troubleshooting.

3. Uploaded video storage and deletion

Videos are stored temporarily in Cloudflare R2. After running AI analysis, we attempt to delete the original. Completed videos left after an earlier error or a failed deletion become eligible for cleanup 30 minutes after upload completion. Cleanup runs hourly, so deletion within 30 minutes is not guaranteed.

Parts left by an interrupted upload are not completed videos and are not covered by this cleanup job. We have not confirmed a separate automatic deletion deadline for these parts and cannot promise deletion within a fixed period. To request deletion, contact us with the approximate upload time.

Temporary video URLs have no separate login or password. Although the URLs are difficult to guess, anyone who has one can access the video until deletion. Do not share these URLs.

4. Results and share links

Result text, selected options and creation times are saved in Cloudflare KV for 30 days and then expire. The original video is not included in a shared result. Anyone with the share link can read the result without signing in. Check it for identifying information before sharing.

5. External processing services

Cloudflare provides hosting, temporary video storage and result storage. Videos and analysis requests are sent through OpenRouter to Google Gemini models. Data may be processed outside your country.

The deletion periods on this page cover the temporary storage and shared results managed by ArcherLab. External AI services have their own logging and retention policies; deleting our original does not mean all provider copies are immediately deleted. 6. Cookies, analytics and error logs

Google Analytics and Naver Analytics process pages visited, usage events, and device, browser and connection information. Error messages, stacks, page URLs and viewport sizes may be sent to ArcherLab’s error logging service. These records may include a shared-result identifier.

You can clear cookies and site data in your browser settings. Doing so does not delete videos or shared results on the server. The 30-minute and 30-day periods for videos and results do not apply to analytics or error logs. Contact us to ask about or request deletion of this information.

7. ArcherLab account connection

Video analysis does not require registration. If you are already signed in to ArcherLab, Golf synchronizes your sign-in state with the account and session services, processing your account identifier, display name and session cookies. Account questions and deletion requests can also be sent to the contact above.

8. Your choices and requests

Analysis starts only after you select a video and press the analysis button. Upload only videos you have the right to use, with consent from people shown. Hide unnecessary faces, license plates, personal documents and other identifying information before uploading.

To request access, correction, deletion or restriction of processing, email the service name and a share link or approximate upload time. Send only the details needed to identify your request; do not attach the original video again. We will review and respond to requests to the extent we can locate the stored data.

9. Policy changes

When the service or data handling changes, we update this page and its effective date.
