Privacy Policy
This policy explains what Golf Swing Master processes when it analyzes a swing video and delivers an AI-generated result.
Effective:
1. Scope and operator
This policy applies to the Golf Swing Master web service at golf.archerlab.dev. Questions about the service or this policy can be sent to hyungyu@archerlab.dev.
2. Data we process
The service does not create user accounts. It may process the following data to provide and maintain its features:
- The original golf swing video you select
- Upload metadata such as file name, media type, and file size
- Your selected club type and the AI-generated analysis text
- A shared-result identifier and creation time
- Page, browser, device, screen-size, and usage-event information collected through Google and Naver analytics
- Technical logs such as error messages and stacks, the URL or path where an error occurred, online status, and viewport size
3. Original video processing and deletion
- Your selected video is temporarily uploaded to Cloudflare R2 for analysis.
- The video is processed through OpenRouter and the current downstream AI model provider selected at analysis time.
- For a successful analysis, the server attempts to delete the temporary original video after receiving the AI provider's response.
- If an upload is incomplete or analysis fails before the normal deletion flow completes, its object becomes eligible for cleanup 30 minutes after upload begins and is removed by a scheduled cleanup job.
The 30-minute period is when an object becomes eligible for cleanup. Exact deletion may occur later depending on when the scheduled job runs. The original video is not stored with the shared result.
4. Shared-result retention
Analysis-result text is stored in Cloudflare KV for 30 days to provide the share-link feature. The raw video is not included in that shared result.
Shared links have no separate login or access password. Anyone who has the link can view the result during its 30-day retention period, so take care before posting it in a public channel.
5. Why we process data
- To upload a video, run AI swing analysis, display the result, and support result sharing
- To diagnose errors, respond to outages, review security, and improve service quality
- To understand aggregate visits and feature usage

These providers may process data under their own terms and privacy policies, including in countries other than your country of residence.
7. Your choices and precautions
- Uploading a video is optional. Video analysis does not begin unless you choose a file and start the analysis.
- Upload only videos you have the right to use and for which you have obtained any necessary consent from people shown.
- Avoid identifiable faces, bystanders, location details, license plates, personal documents, and sensitive information, or obscure them before uploading.
- Send a shared link only to intended recipients and do not redistribute it when it is no longer needed.
If you contact us about a shared result or technical log, including the relevant share link or approximate time of the event can help us investigate.
8. Security and limitations
We aim to use reasonable safeguards, including encrypted transport and hard-to-guess identifiers. No internet transmission or third-party service can be guaranteed completely secure. The safest option is not to upload sensitive video.
9. Changes and contact
We may revise this policy when features, providers, or applicable requirements change. Material updates will be indicated by changing the effective date on this page.
