- We recommend using a video where the full body (head to toe) is clearly visible.
- For side view (Down the Line), film parallel to the target line for accurate plane analysis.
- Videos that are too dark or shaky may be difficult to analyze.
- Slow-motion videos are fine, but normal speed videos may be better for rhythm analysis.
- File size must be under 100MB.
